Our next rookie is someone who needs no introduction (and probably doesn’t want one either!) She comes to us from the ultimate powerhouse of Colombia, where she won 4 university championships with EAFIT, has played for club team Revolution for 12 years, and has attended just about every world’s event you can name with the Colombian national team – dominating the international scene for over a decade. You might know her for speedy cuts, buttery throws, and utter domination on the field, but off the field you can find her playing video games and avoiding any and all vegetables. Don’t ask this rookie to tie any knots for you – she only made it through 2 weeks of the girl scouts. She has introduced many things to Brute Squad, including a healthy fear of eggs. This TEAMmate is the reason people dread their birthdays – as it is apparently tradition in Colombia to have eggs smashed on your head, a custom that this rookie eagerly introduced to the TEAM.
